You are not forced to take drinks, not everyone has to order their own shisha. As a guest, I feel valued here and not forced to do anything The toilets are also well maintained and have no defects. It is also commendable that a stamp card system gives the customer something back when it is full, namely a shisha. However, this system will be replaced by a newer system to allow the guest a greater choice depending on how many points he has. This system is optional, if you don't want to, you don't have to. It is more understandable that Kallavi wants to give something back to the customer. If you are thinking about whether you want to go a little further to Kallavi, then you can do that without hesitation. If something should not fit, you do not have to be afraid to address it directly, because they are very nice people. In my opinion the best shisha bar in Heidenheim. The staff at the Kallavi are totally warm and cool and try to fulfill every wish. Memorize the names of the customers and their "favorite orders" .. and bring a lot of new ideas to the menu and to the store that you don't have in other shisha bars. Absolute recommendation!
